Tasks:
· Monitor compliance with internal procedures to ensure the quality of the product / service provided;
· To promote actions to prevent the occurrence of non-compliance;
· Promote alternative solutions, in compliance with corporate quality;

Responsabilities

· Verify that the system of quality management accounting is applied in accordance with the standards of ISO 9001:2000;
· Ensure that the compatibility between the phases of design, manufacture, installation, servicing, testing and commissioning, conforms to the plans in the company's quality procedures;
· Verification of business processes for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
